The Vickers Viking: The Definitive History

The Blackbushe Heritage Trust is pleased to announce the publication of Vickers Viking: The Definitive History, a two-volume book totalling over 850 pages.
 
Working with researcher Rayner Kittle, Volume one details the origins and development of the Vickers Viking, a post-war airliner, its differing variants, and the airlines that operated it.
 
Volume two extensively examines the individual histories of the 163 Vikings built by Vickers at Brooklands, alongside images illustrating the aircraft in its prime. All proceeds from the sale of every book contribute to the restoration of our Viking G-AGRW “Vagabond”.
