Join us as former Trustee Phil Johns takes us through his lifetime in aviation, with a journey of work in many interesting (and unusual) locations, starting as an apprentice here at Blackbushe!

That journey will take us to from his early days as an air-sea rescue helicopter crewman here in the UK through to work in Egypt, Nigeria, Iran, the UAE, Burma, Borneo, Bangladesh and finally Australia (amongst others) where he has now returned to live.

Expect to hear great stories and see some great photos to illustrate them, along with some humour along the way!
